She specializes in transformational and charismatic leadership, interpersonal effectiveness, effective communication, high performing teams, managing and mediating conflicts, as well as leading, managing, and implementing large-scale change.
Victoria has worked extensively for Mobius Executive Leadership, Arthur D. Little, Innovation Associates, Intercultural Management Associates, and Nexum for the past 20 years.
She is active in Europe, Asia, North and South America, and Africa. She has worked with numerous international organizations both in the public and private sectors, as well as NGOs.
Victoria has a Master and Doctorate studies from Harvard University (Cambridge, MA, USA) in “Organizational Behavior, Counseling and Consulting Psychology” concentrated mainly on leadership development, as well as leading and managing change.
She speaks fluent English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and has an excellent knowledge of German.
